Batch Review by Exception

Tell us where it holds up — and where it breaks.

Beta — you're testing a working draft

What it is

You give it a real batch release package. It reads the package and flags every finding back to the exact line in the document you submitted, with the verbatim evidence anchored to it. Nothing is invented — every finding is traceable to what's actually in your package.

Why it isn't a QMS

Your QMS stores what happened — the records, the signatures, the approvals. It doesn't reconstruct why a disposition was justified when an investigator asks months later. Batch Review by Exception works on top of what your QMS already holds: it builds the reasoning record behind the release, the part the QMS was never designed to keep.

What it's for

Run it on a batch release before an inspection reaches it — to see whether the disposition reasoning would reconstruct under direct questioning, and where the gaps are while you can still close them.

About you — optional

All optional. Leave it blank and you stay anonymous — your feedback is tracked by a reference number, not your name. Add contact only if you want a personal follow-up or founding-reviewer credit.

What you ran it on

No identifying batch data needed — de-identified is fine.

The core three

Be blunt. The wrong and missed answers are the most useful thing you can give us.

What real findings did it catch?

False findings, misread the document, mis-anchored to the wrong line.

What should it have flagged and didn't?

The honest blocker — features, proof, price, integration, anything.

Anything else

Anything we didn't ask that you want us to hear.

You're shaping a beta. Reviewers whose feedback changes the build are credited as founding reviewers.

Got it — thank you.

Your feedback goes straight to Jon. If it shapes the build, the reference number below earns founding-reviewer credit.
