Purpose

The Inspection Reconstruction Review provides an evaluation of authorization records against inspection reconstruction standards. The output of the review is a single observation describing what an inspection would and would not be able to reconstruct from the record as described.

Not a regulatory determination

The Inspection Reconstruction Review does not make, approve, or recommend regulatory decisions. The observation produced by the review is not a legal opinion, regulatory finding, audit conclusion, or determination of compliance status. All regulatory determinations remain the sole responsibility of the regulated organization. Use of the review does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance counsel.

No reliance

The observation produced by the review reflects only the answers you provide. ComplianceWorxs does not independently verify the accuracy of your inputs and is not in a position to evaluate the actual state of your records, processes, or organization. The observation is not a substitute for internal quality review, legal counsel, or regulatory consulting.

Use of the review

You agree to use the Inspection Reconstruction Review for its intended purpose: to evaluate the inspection-reconstructability of an authorization record within your own organization. You agree not to use the review to make representations to third parties about the regulatory status of any organization, product, or decision.

Intellectual property

The question framework, the observation language, the reconstruction model, and the design of the review are the intellectual property of ComplianceWorxs. The observation produced for your session is yours to use within your organization.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to use of the review shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
